Hello, my name is Serena Maracle and I am from Ottawa, Ontario. I am a nineteen-year-old queer ingenious visual artist. I have been doing visual art seriously for nine years now. I am a high school graduate of Carine Wilson Secondary School and am currently a second-year student at Carleton University studying for a Bachelor of Arts in communications and media studies.

As an artist, I would describe myself as a contemporary artist. My main medium of art is simply pen and paper. I typically draw in black and white, colour on occasion. I am also experienced with watercolour, pastels, acrylic paint and digital art. In my art, I try to create conversations or express ideas about pop culture. I am inspired by many contemporary artists such as Banksy, Henn Kim and Junji Ito. My main goal as an artist would be to become a tattoo artist. I follow a lot of tattoo artist's works such as the Wolf Rosario, David Crow, Becky D and G.Ghost.
